Dhruv is hungry to take on responsibilities and is never afraid to stretch himself. He is able to grasp complex concepts like AGILE, Theory of constraints, and boil them down to practical application. A journey that began with building a life size catapult, a toy size catapult, and then re-imagining the catapult as a paint-a-pult, and later #karo, Dhruv has jumped into action at every stage of the fellowship. Dhruv and his partner are now designing an experiential career fair for school and college students.
